Creativity — Expertise — Collaboration — Results
Since 2002, I’ve provided a wide range of creative services to clients around the globe, from individuals to non-profits to multi-national corporations. With a background in journalism and a passion for telling stories, I love helping my clients create tools that empower and inform their audiences.
Patient advocacy groups, health care organizations, corporations, colleges, non-profits, women’s organizations, health care professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, community groups, churches.
Is there anything more exciting and fun than standing on stage, firing up an audience? (Okay—boogie boarding in St. Thomas might top that…) I love sharing my ChronicBabe approach with audiences large and small, in-person and virtually.
Keynote presentations, hands-on workshops, podcasts, webinars, panels—the opportunities to teach are limitless. I offer overviews of a few of my favorite talks here; they are customizable to meet your unique needs. I relish the chance to create new offerings, so if you don’t see the perfect presentation here, get in touch. The first step in considering a collaboration is for us to have a conversation, so I can learn more about you, your organization, and your mission.
For individuals with chronic illness, chronic pain, and disability, I offer ChronicBabe.com plus various social media channels to form a community of support and education. Through paid coaching services, I have offered instruction on a variety of topics of interest, like relationships, boundaries, personal organization, advocacy, and more. My YouTube channel offers more than 100 instructional and inspirational videos.
People with chronic illness (women, in particular) often feel ignored, misunderstood, and disenfranchised. I designed ChronicBabe to empower them to learn how to advocate for themselves, so they can create incredible lives despite illness. By providing a variety of services, I meet individuals where they are in the learning process—whether they’re newly diagnosed or a seasoned professional patient like myself. By sharing my personal journey, I help others see that living a full life despite illness is possible.
Since opening Orange Grove Media, in 2002, I’ve offered consulting services to hundreds of individuals and organizations. Work opportunities I love include: magazine reporting and editing; website planning, writing, and editing; newsletter creation; project management; social media campaign design and execution; and creative brainstorming.
My degree in journalism and passion for creative expression mean that my consulting sweet spot is where stories meet action. I love helping organizations create and deliver thoughtful offerings that educate and inspire their audiences.
If you would like to discuss a potential collaboration, let’s start with a conversation.
